Rico Perfume & Nails offers beauty services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and the sale of perfumes and related products. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice, in accordance with applicable laws of the State of New Jersey.

• Appointments are recommended and may be required for certain services. 
• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee ($40.00) or restrictions on future bookings, as permitted under New Jersey consumer protection laws. 

• We accept multiple forms of payment (cash, credit/debit cards, etc.). 
• Payment is due at the time services are rendered or products are purchased. 
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, in compliance with applicable pricing and consumer protection regulations. 

• All services are non-refundable once completed. 
• If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we may evaluate and offer a possible correction. 
• Products may be returned only if unused, unopened, and in original packaging, in accordance with New Jersey consumer protection standards. 

• Clients must inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to receiving services. 
• Rico Perfume & Nails is not responsible for adverse reactions when such conditions have not been disclosed. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior, consistent with applicable anti-discrimination laws in New Jersey.

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Rico Perfume & Nails and may not be used, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.
